Invest Amarillo’s investment approach is to offer stable, lower risk residential income properties that are 100% owned by our investors and generate high cash on cash returns. What We Do
We research, acquire and renovate residential properties, primarily those consisting of 1-4 units, located in markets with low price volatility and consistent rental demand. Upon completing our renovations, we lease each property to a suitable tenant or tenants then assign it to our property management team. We then offer the property for sale to investors once the property’s cash flow is stabilized. We are not a REIT, investment pool or fund. We sell individual properties that are 100% owned by our investor purchasers.
